Welcome to Shopaale! By using our app, you agree to follow the rules listed below. Please read them carefully.

1. Your Account 👤
You must be at least 18 years old to use this app or use it under the supervision of a parent/guardian. You are responsible for keeping your Password and Account details safe. 🔐 Shopaale reserves the right to block accounts that show suspicious or fraudulent activity.

2. Orders & Pricing 🏷️
All orders are subject to availability. If a product is out of stock, we will inform you and refund any payment made. While we try to show the exact colors of clothes, actual colors may vary slightly depending on your mobile screen. 📱✨ We reserve the right to change prices or cancel orders in case of technical errors or incorrect pricing.

3. Payments & Shopaale Wallet 💳💰
We accept UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD).

The Wallet Rule: By shopping with us, you agree that all refunds (for both COD and Prepaid orders) will be issued only to your Shopaale Wallet.

Wallet balance cannot be withdrawn as cash or transferred to a bank account. It can only be used for future shopping on the Shopaale app. 🛍️

4. Returns & Cancellations 🔄
You can cancel an order only before it is shipped.
Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.
Products must be returned in their original condition (unused, with tags). If the item fails the quality check, the refund will not be processed. 🚫🧼

5. Shipping & Delivery 🚚
We aim to deliver within the promised time, but delays can happen due to weather, strikes, or festivals. ⛈️🎉
If a package is returned to us after 3 failed delivery attempts, the order will be cancelled, and the money will be sent to your Shopaale Wallet.

6. Prohibited Use 🚫
You agree NOT to:
Use the app for any illegal purpose.
Try to hack or damage the app’s security. Use "bots" to place fake orders.
